Change of Mind
Because each piece is created and packaged especially for your order, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to take your time when selecting your artwork to ensure it’s the perfect fit for you.

Artwork Descriptions & Colour Variations
We take care to photograph and describe each artwork accurately so you can make an informed choice. Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen due to variations in device settings and lighting. These minor differences are a normal part of online viewing and are not considered grounds for a return.

Natural Aging of Artworks
Our artworks are designed and created with care to be enjoyed for many years. Over time, it’s normal for materials to develop subtle changes as part of their natural aging process. These changes are not considered a fault and are not eligible for return. If you’d like tips on caring for your artwork to keep it looking its best, we’re always happy to help.

Intellectual Property
All artworks — including originals and prints — are the creative property of Jaimee Rose and are protected under copyright law. Purchasing a piece does not transfer the rights to reproduce, copy, or resell the artwork in any form. Any reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission from the artist.
