This website is operated by Rosie Support Services Pty Ltd trading as Jaimee Rose. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any additional policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change prices at any time without notice.

  • While we make every effort to display colours and images of our products accurately, we cannot guarantee your computer monitor or device display will show colours exactly as they appear.

  • Artwork Descriptions & Colour Variations
    We take care to photograph and describe each artwork accurately so you can make an informed choice. Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen due to variations in device settings and lighting. These minor differences are a normal part of online viewing and are not considered grounds for a return.

     

  • Natural Aging of Artworks
    Our artworks are designed and created with care to be enjoyed for many years. Over time, it’s normal for materials to develop subtle changes as part of their natural aging process. These changes are not considered a fault and are not eligible for return. If you’d like tips on caring for your artwork to keep it looking its best, we’re always happy to help.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment must be received in full at checkout before an order will be processed.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel any orders placed under incorrect information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is currently available within Australia only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, delivery estimates, and handling of lost or damaged items.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, replacements, or repairs may be issued. Please review it before making a purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks — including originals and prints — are the creative property of Jaimee Rose and are protected under copyright law. Purchasing a piece does not transfer the rights to reproduce, copy, or resell the artwork in any form. Any reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission from the artist.

  • All artwork, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Jaimee Rose.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • We are not responsible for delays, errors, or losses caused by third-party carriers or couriers.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

  • We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
