Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 4–7 business days. Please note that during busy periods or for custom pieces, processing times may be slightly longer — if this happens, we’ll keep you updated.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide only via Australia Post and selected specialist art couriers.
Prints include free shipping — the cost of postage is already built into the price.
For original artworks or larger items requiring specialist couriers, a flat-rate shipping fee may apply.
Packaging & Protection
Artwork is packaged with extra care using protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. This may include bubble wrap, corner protectors, sturdy boxes, or custom crates depending on the size and fragility of the piece.
Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the artwork. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
If your order is lost in transit, we will lodge an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the carrier confirms the parcel cannot be located.
